I believe that values, traditions and Studies are foundations for critical thinking. Values and tradition help you throughout everyday life in making critical decisions. Critical thinking is constantly used in studying to help find an answer, conclusion and/or understanding to any subject.

What upsets me about critical thinking is that I tend to over analyze certain situations and it makes it difficult for me to be confident in my decision. Over analyzing can also cause confusion which can lead to not understanding a subject.
